2009年8月3日　烏賀陽勝訴しました。

東京高裁でオリコンは判決を待たずに自らが「敗訴」を宣言する「請求放棄」をしました。法的には「自分の請求（提訴）には理由がないので、提訴を放棄する」という宣言です。33ヶ月にわたって争われてきた「オリコン裁判」はオリコンの敗北宣言で終結しました。

=In Tokyo High Court, Oricon abandoned the claim of libel against freelance journalist Hiro Ugaya. Under Japanese civi law abandonment of civil law suit is legally equivalent to ” declaration of defeat without courts’ rulings.” Thus Oricon SLAPP lawsuit closed as Ugaya’s victory. (090803)
